Both my kids EBT cards have been deactivated for some unknown reason. Maybe the card expired? I called the number behind the card and they told me to reach out to my nearest SNAP office and request replacement cards. I can come to your office if required.

I have been trying to contact a representative to complete my interview for SNAP and Cash Assistance for several days now but I am not able to reach them and their voicemail box is full. I have called the Dekalb Job Center many times as well and have gotten the same message. Do I have to make an appointment for an in-person interview or can I just walk in?
