                    In Kentucky, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Division of Family Support (DCBS) handles the SNAP Food Stamp Program. They have DCBS Family Support Offices throughout the State to help people with applying for Food Stamps, Medical Assistance, Welfare, etc. 
If you want to apply for SNAP, you can obtain an online application through the Kentucky government website: http://chfs.ky.gov/dcbs/dfs/. There is also a main contact number: 855-306-8959.
