To apply for the program, download a copy of the application, found at http://humanservices.arkansas.gov/dco/Pages/SupportServices.aspx, and return it to your local DHS office by mail, fax, or in person. The application is the same for TEA - Transitional Employment Assistance in Arkansas as the SNAP.
Access Arkansas is the the online system for SNAP in AR (access.arkansas.gov).
