been trying to call your office for several weeks and still waiting for renewal information on my account. Today I started calling your office using phone number 864-596-3001of which no one is answering this phone number it is still ringing as I am typing the note to your offic e. My form was returned for signatured of which I signed it that day and my family drove me to your office on Chesney Highway and I dropped the signed form in your box. I spoke to someone 3 weeks ago and she said she was going to give my renewal to the Supervisor then I called back because I been checking my balance everyday of which she instructed me to do. I called again and the person said my form was still sitting in a the non reviewed section then she stated she was going to give my form to the Supervisor. I have no income so all I can contribute is food stamps to take care of myself. How much longer this process is going to take my normal upload is the 13th of each month but we are about to enter a new month.
