I have been trying for a week to reapply for my annual food assistance to avoid disruption of my assistance. I cannot sign into my Florida access account. I do not remember my account information. I have called the number provided for assistance the call return doesn't call back at all. I have waited on the line to speak to a representative. When one came on the line put me on hold again and never picked up again. I need to get this handled so I do not suffer disruption of benefits.
