    What type of documentation do I need to apply for food stamps?

      i have completed and turned in all document needed to renew my food stamps and i have yet to receive them on expected date. this is not the first or second time this has happened, i keep getting the same change form and i get denied every month for the past 3 months. NOTHING has changed and we have to wait till the mix up of paper work gets sorted out. Why do my children have to be hungry over this?

      I have been trying to contact the Amarillo Office for over a month with extended times on hold (1 hour or longer). My daughter has to have a SNAP Benefit Summary for 2018 for her financial aid. They have stated that they will fax it to the school and have not done so. I have tried multiple ways to contact the office with absolutely no luck. My daughter cannot pay tuition out of pocket and could be forced to quit school over this issue.
