You are horrible people. I have been on hold 3 times today just trying to find out if your office is open today. The first time I was on hold for 45 minutes, then 1 hour and as I type this I'm holding again. It is now 1:30pm & I've been calling since 9:00 a.m. My benefits were not renewed because I was sent a request for a bunch of paperwork. I did not have money to make copies of the things you asked for, or money for a postage stamp or money for gas to come to your office. Then I ended up in the hospital with exacerbated asthma & A-fib. I finally had a way to get there today but now it's too late. I am 64 years old, all of my family is deceased & I will be eating crackers for Xmas dinner. Thanks alot & Merry Christmas.
